Alaska Equine Rescue
		Alaska Equine Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to help starving, neglected and abused hooved animals in Alaska, especially horses. They try to prevent future instances of starvation and neglect through a network of education and teamwork. We volunteered for this wonderful group for a number of years and we really enjoyed fostering horses entrusted to their care for rehabilitation and rehoming.
